The Power of Thought

Truth Bomb: Your thoughts, spoken words and inner dialogue reflect your current reality. ⠀

What if I told you that the state you are in this very moment is the DIRECT product of the thoughts you speak to yourself and others.

You alone have the power to change your current reality by changing the conversations you have with yourself. When you choose, yes CHOOSE,  to be clear and intentional with your words, your reality will shift. Don’t believe me?


Try this:

  1. IDENTIFY a thought you speak to yourself that isn’t so pretty ie: I am fat, I look ugly, I am unworthy, he/she doesn’t like me, I can’t afford that,  I’m not good enough for ________ (fill in the blank).
  2. NOTICE the energy around what you are saying. Feel it  in your body. Is it heavy? Does it carry weight?
  3. CHANGE the statement to what you would like to be true in this moment, even if you do not currently think it is the present truth ie: I am beautiful, I am worthy, he/she loves me, I am abundant, money is overflowing,  I am good enough for ________.
  4. NOTICE the energy around your new statement. Feel it in your body. Feel the shift in energy. Does it feel lighter?
  5. REPEAT ONLY this new statement to yourself for the next 24 hours. If the negative statement creeps back in, return to your new statement.
  6. RELAX and receive. Be patient, trust and watch your new statement become reality.


Remember, The universe is always listening and is ready to give you back what you put out into world.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Abundance breeds abundance. 

Happiness breeds happiness.


Love breeds love.

Just as...

Lack breeds lack.

Discontent breeds discontent.


Hate breeds hate.

The choice is always yours. What you put out will ALWAYS come back. So, what will you choose? Whatever you can speak and think of is yours to receive.
