I underwent a profound realignment of my entire life, and in the process, I finally found the peace I had spent so much time seeking to find. I came HOME to myself and a life of miracles started to emerge. 

Through my own experiences and extensive training through the Somatic Experiencing Institute, I became equipped to guide others through their own healing journey.
