I’m all about delicious healthy sweet treats, and I am also a believer in adding a bit of sweet to your lunch plate to avoid cravings later in the day. A tiny bit of sweetness at lunch could look like a handful of cherries, a piece of dairy free dark chocolate or maybe a Guilt Free Almond Energy Bite! These little guys are one of my favorites, and because of that, I felt the need to share the love. Try them out and let me know what you think.

Guilt Free Almond Energy Bites
(Makes Approximately 20 Bites)
1 Cup Pitted Dates
3 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Dairy Free Dark Chocolate (Broken into small pieces)
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2/3 Cups Gluten Free Oats
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pulse dates in food processor until smooth
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until dough forms and small pieces of oats and dark chocolate are approximately the same size.
- Roll into balls
- Set in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes! Enjoy!
